About Us
I am a New York and New Jersey board licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW-R). I obtained my Masters of Social Work from Fordham University. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from Wagner College in Business Marketing with a minor in Psychology.
I have spent the past 10+ years working in hospital outpatient settings in Staten Island, NY. I have also worked with various companies doing early intervention work, neuropsychological/behavioral work with children and young adults, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, anxiety work with children, and play therapy with children just to mention a few things. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I have extensive experience in group therapy as well. I have had a private practice for over 10 years.
I have continued on in my educational studies in various areas of therapy and psychology. I attended New York University for post-masters clinical studies as well as psychoanalytic institutional training specifically in couples therapy.
I attend workshops and conferences regularly. I feel it is important to always be informed of all that is new and cutting edge in the world of psychology and science. This helps me to continue to provide the most effective therapeutic interventions and best care to my patients. I also seek outside supervision and support from trained, seasoned therapists in efforts to strengthen and fortify my clinical skills.
